within the Preparatory and High School Department inclusive of before and after school care Opening times - 7.30am – 6.00pm as required.

A non-refundable administrative fee of £120.00 is paid on enrolment
Fees are payable monthly by Standing Order on the 1st day of each calendar month. Full payment for each month is required; the fees have been pro-rated into 12 equal monthly payments commencing from 1st August 2010.

The monthly fee pays for all holiday camps which are ran over three half terms, two weeks at Easter and four weeks in the summer.
Monthly fees are paid by Standing Order on the 1st day of each month.

Fees for external examination (GCSE) and all examinations relating to the variety of optional lessons that are taken are charged separately.
Fees Assistance:
5% of the basic fee of each pupil is deducted if 2 pupils or more of the same family enrol on a full time basis. 5% of the basic fee is deducted if fees are paid annually.
Surcharge:
A surcharge of 5% of the basic monthly school fees will be added to late payment of fees on a monthly basis
ALL FEES WHETHER THEY ARE PAID MONTHLY, TERMLY OR ANNUALLY (BASIC, LUNCH, OPTIONS AND TRAVEL) ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. However, a School Fees Remittance Insurance Scheme is operated at the school. School fees are reviewed annually. Moderate Increases are implemented at the beginning of August each year.

A non-refundable administrative fee of £100.00 is charged on enrolment. Fees are payable termly in advance or by Standing Order via 12 monthly payments from 1st August 2010 to 1st July 2011.
Fees are charged for 38 weeks
Country Pursuit Holiday School’s, half terms, Christmas, Easter & Summer Holidays are available for an additional fee, information for this may be obtained from the school office.
Fees include attendance from 7.30am to 6.00pm with snack breakfast and nutritious snack tea inclusive of all fees listed.

Inclusive of fees for the Preparatory School is the purchase of all text books and school materials, and the option to bring your child/children to school at 7.30 a.m. and pick-up until 6.00 p.m. Before and after school care and snack breakfast and tea are included in the fees for Reception to Year 6)
The first payment of termly fees is paid before your child(ren) commences at the school. Thereafter termly fees for the next term are paid in the last week of the current term.
